Ok, so for the next seven days I will be consuming RAW FOOD ONLY... nothing processed or cooked or... ya know.. delicious. haha kidding. It is basically a combination of fruits and veggies and the occasional almond or cashew. I am doing the full seven days as a sort of "trial." If I feel as magnificent as I think I am going to-- then I may go for a full 30 days. My dad is doing the full 30 days.. but he is a superhero basically. Anyway.. I'm excited to see what being Super Healthy does for me. I will be giving daily updates on the day's meals and just how i am feeling and such.
